Is the audit really free?
Yes. Requesting the free audit costs nothing and there's no obligation. If you want the issues fixed, or a deeper expert audit, we quote that separately first.
What's the difference between the scan and the free audit?
The automated scan shows scores and checks measured by Google PageSpeed Insights for one page. The free audit is a review of your site by a member of our team, who tells you what to fix first.
Do you need access to my website?
No. The free audit only looks at the public pages anyone can visit. We never ask for passwords for it.
Which kinds of sites do you audit?
Any public website. Most of our work is on WordPress and WooCommerce, and we also work with Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace and custom-built sites.
What happens after the audit?
You decide. Fix the issues yourself, ask us to fix them, or keep the site in shape with a monthly care plan.
