Email Template & Landing Page Services

Branded email templates and campaign landing pages for HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other platforms that look right in every inbox and turn clicks into leads.

Email template and landing page services that work together

Our email template and landing page services cover designing, coding, and testing reusable email templates and the campaign pages those emails link to, in HubSpot, Mailchimp, or on your own website. They’re for marketing teams and business owners who send regular campaigns and want every email to arrive looking right and every click to land on a page that finishes the job.

We treat the email and the landing page as two halves of one campaign. The message, design, and call to action carry through from inbox to form, so people don’t feel they’ve arrived somewhere unrelated.

When your campaigns need better templates

Most teams don’t ask for help until a campaign goes out broken. These are the more common warning signs:

  • Emails look fine in the preview but arrive with stacked columns, stretched images, or missing buttons in Outlook.
  • Every new send starts from a copy of the last one, and small inconsistencies in fonts, colors, and footers have crept in over time.
  • Only one person on the team can edit the template without breaking it.
  • Campaign clicks go to your homepage or a generic contact page, and it’s hard to tell which email produced which lead.
  • Dark mode turns your logo into a dark smudge on a dark background.

How we build email that survives every inbox

Email HTML is not web HTML. Each email client renders messages its own way, and several ignore modern CSS entirely. Building templates that hold up means working to the lowest common denominator on purpose.

Why responsive email templates still use tables

Classic desktop Outlook on Windows renders email with Microsoft Word’s engine, which has little support for flexbox, grid, or reliable floats. Table-based layouts are the structure it understands consistently, so that’s the foundation we build on. We then layer responsive behavior on top for clients that support media queries, so the same email reflows to a single column on phones.

Inline styles and other details

Some clients strip or limit the style block in an email’s head, so critical styling is inlined on each element. We use web-safe font fallbacks behind brand fonts, build buttons from HTML and CSS rather than images so they still show when images are blocked, and write meaningful alt text for every image. We also keep file size in check, because Gmail clips messages over roughly 102KB and hides the rest behind a link, often including your unsubscribe footer.

For dark mode, we prepare logos and icons that stay legible on both light and dark backgrounds and check how each client recolors the design. Where it saves time on complex layouts, we write templates in MJML and compile them to table-based HTML.

Editable without breaking

A template is only useful if your team can reuse it safely. In HubSpot we build modules with defined fields for text, images, and buttons; in Mailchimp we set editable regions. Layout and brand styles are locked in the code, while the content your marketers change every week stays easy to edit.

Landing pages with one job

Campaign landing pages work best when they repeat the promise of the email, ask for one action, and keep the form short. We build them to load quickly on mobile, meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and pass UTM parameters and form data through to your CRM or list, so each lead can be traced back to the send that produced it.

What you receive at handover

Work moves through our five stages: Discover, Plan, Design & build, Test & launch, and Support. Designs are approved in Figma before any code is written, so changes are cheap while they’re still visual. You deal directly with the designer and developer building your templates.

At the end of a project you have:

  • Templates and landing pages saved in your own HubSpot, Mailchimp, or website account.
  • The source HTML and Figma files, so you’re never dependent on us to make changes.
  • A short guide to which modules or sections are meant for which kind of email.
  • A walkthrough with your team on building a new campaign from the templates.

If you need new layouts later, or a template adjusted after an email client changes how it renders, we can pick that up as ongoing support.
