DC Analytics: Angular Dashboard for Social Media Engagement Tracking

DC Analytics tracks how a network of digital commentators performs across social platforms. 99WebSol built the dashboard in Angular with KPI cards, trend charts, and dark and light themes.

About the client

DC Analytics is used to monitor a team of digital commentators (DCs) who post and engage on social media. The client needed one place to see how each commentator and each campaign is performing.

The challenge

Engagement data was collected by hand from different platforms into spreadsheets. It was slow to compare commentators, spot trends, or report on awareness campaigns.

What we delivered

  • Dashboard: eight KPI cards (views, likes, comments, retweets, followers, sentiment, reach, and viewership value), each compared with last month
  • Date range and platform filters that update every widget
  • DC performance: share of engagement per commentator and trend charts switchable between likes, views, comments, and retweets
  • Digital Commentators: a profile and activity view for each commentator
  • Posts & Comments: a searchable feed of tracked content
  • Awareness Campaigns: campaign setup and results
  • Engagement Analytics and Trends & Reports for deeper analysis and export
  • Dark and light themes with a one-click toggle

Technologies

  • Front end: Angular 17, TypeScript, Bootstrap 5
  • Charts: Interactive bar, line, and area charts
  • Theming: CSS variables for dark and light modes
