Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research to final handoff.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to improve designs.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Experience with usability testing, user research, and analytics-driven design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
