Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process from research to final handoff.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to improve designs.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience with usability testing, user research, and analytics-driven design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
