About the project
Our client, a lead generation business, sold leads to buyers who required proof of consent with every lead: a TrustedForm certificate, a Jornaya LeadiD token, or both. Without reliable capture on every form, leads risked being rejected, and the client had less protection if a consumer later disputed consent. We integrated TrustedForm and Jornaya across the client’s forms and connected the consent data to its lead flow.

- Make sure no lead leaves the form without its consent data
- Include the certificate URL and token in every lead posted to buyers
- Keep TrustedForm certificates retained, not just issued
What we delivered
- Script integration: TrustedForm and Jornaya scripts installed on every form so recording starts when the visitor arrives
- Hidden field capture: the certificate URL and LeadiD token saved into hidden fields and submitted with the lead
- Multi-step form support: consent data kept intact across every step of longer forms
- Consent disclosure placement: consent wording positioned so it is clearly visible and captured in the session record
- Lead posting with consent data: certificate URLs and tokens passed to each buyer in the field names they expect
- Certificate claiming: TrustedForm certificates claimed as part of the lead flow so they are retained
How we built it
Closing the gaps
The most common reasons leads arrive without a certificate or token are a script that loads too late, a form builder that removes hidden fields, and multi-step forms that lose values between steps. We tested each form for all three and made capture reliable on desktop and mobile.
Consent that travels with the lead
Capturing the certificate is only half the job. We connected it to the client’s lead posting, so every buyer receives the consent evidence alongside the lead data.
How it is offered
After building the TrustedForm and Jornaya integration for this client, we made it available to other businesses as a ready product, configured for each one. It is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a permanent license with a one-time payment.
