SaaS Dashboard Development with Laravel

99WebSol built a multi-tenant SaaS dashboard in Laravel: self-serve sign-up, team roles, subscription billing, analytics, and a super-admin console.

About the client

A startup had early customers for its service but was setting up every account by hand and preparing reports in spreadsheets. It needed a product customers could sign up for, use with their team, and pay for on their own.

What we delivered

  • Multi-tenant workspaces: each customer’s data is kept fully separate
  • Self-serve onboarding: sign-up, email verification, and a guided setup
  • Analytics dashboard: KPI tiles, charts, date filters, and CSV export
  • Teams and roles: invitations, owner, admin, and member roles
  • Subscription billing: plans, free trials, upgrades and downgrades, invoices, and plan limits through Stripe
  • Notifications: in-app and email alerts
  • Super-admin console: manage tenants, plans, and feature flags, and support customers
  • API and webhooks: so customers can connect their own tools

How we built it

Tenant scoping is enforced on the server for every query, not only in the interface. Heavy reports run in background queues and are cached, so the dashboard stays fast as data grows.

Technologies

  • Back end: Laravel with Sanctum authentication and Cashier for Stripe billing
  • Front end: Blade and Livewire with Tailwind CSS
  • Data: MySQL, with Redis for caching and queues
