Rakow Commercial Realty Group (RakowGroup) helps businesses in Connecticut and New York find commercial property and negotiate leases, relocations, and renewals. For more than 30 years it has matched clients with an expert agent who negotiates on their behalf, at no cost to the client.
What we delivered
We built RakowGroup’s WordPress website. The homepage speaks directly to business owners (“Frustrated while trying to meet your commercial real estate needs?”), and leads into how RakowGroup representation works, with clear calls to action.
What the site includes
The live site is organized around the three ways RakowGroup represents clients, with navigation for About and Team, Services, Properties, Careers, Blog, and Contact.
- Representation options: separate paths for tenants, buyers, and property owners
- Property listings: filterable by state (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey) and by type (office and medical, retail, industrial)
- Lead capture: a free downloadable guide to commercial realty, a “Schedule a Call” popup, and a contact form for buying or leasing enquiries
- Office space calculator: a tool that helps businesses estimate how much space they need
- Trust content: client testimonials about lease negotiations and relocations, and the firm’s three pillars of relationships, regional insight, and respect
- Office locations: White Plains, NY; Stamford, CT; and Woodcliff Lake, NJ, each with its own phone number
- Blog: recent articles featured on the homepage
