About the client
The client is a US healthcare IT company with a large workforce across several countries. Its learning and development team needed one home for all employee training, from onboarding to product and technical skills.
The challenge
Training material was spread across shared drives, SharePoint, and individual teams. Employees did not know where to start, and the L&D team had no single view of who had completed which training.

- Branded learning portal: a custom Moodle theme with its own name, logo, and friendly illustrated home page
- One catalog for every kind of learning: domain knowledge, product training, tools and systems, soft skills, departmental training, and role-based learning

- Company login with long session times for all-day use
- Mobile learning through the Moodle app
